I was looking for a local Crossfit gym that had a “family” type atmosphere and a place where I would be pushed to work hard but also be allowed to know my limits and have coaches who genuinely care about my well being. I Loved the values and atmosphere from the minute I walked through the door for my “no sweat intro."

My first impression was good. I really felt the family atmosphere and felt very welcome. My impression has only gotten better with time. I love the accountability and the commitment level of my chosen class time.

I’ve gotten stronger and mostly my technique has improved. I was amazed at how much I had to work on since I had been doing CrossFit for 5 years but I had never been coached in the way these guys coach. I appreciated the clarity of the movements and the way in which things are explained and demonstrated. I’ve “cleaned up” a lot of my movements and gained so much strength in doing so.

There are so many favorite memories. One that stands out is when we were doing handstands and Charly kicked into the wall pretty hard and Clayton said “pretend the wall is your lovers face” oh my gosh we all fell off the wall we laughed so hard!!! Most all of my favorite memories involve hysterical laughter. I love to have fun while working out it’s the best of both worlds! It’s such a great start to the day I hate missing any classes!
