Super Coffee is a rich, smooth, fat filled version of your morning coffee. It fits nicely with a paleo, low carb, high fat, or keto diet. The combination of fat and caffeine is great for keep you alert and mentally focused all day.
- 8oz of your favorite coffee
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil or MCT Oil
- 2 teaspoons ghee or clarified butter
Brew coffee as usual. Blend in the coconut oil and ghee. A blender or immersion blender work best for this. The coffee should look a little frothy. Enjoy!
