What are 5 things you want to be better about your life in 6 months?
This is a question that I want to ask people as they think about joining our gym. Then I want to tell them that if they commit to the process it will happen. Not because we're going to address those 5 things specifically. In fact, I don't even need to know what they are, but I know that our training program changes more than just your body.
Doing CrossFit can change your life, and not just how you look. Seriously. With 6 months of hard work and dedication, your life could be completely different and in ways, you didn't even think possible. I'm not just blowing smoke. This is the honest truth and we have the stories to prove it.
Over the years because of training in our gym we've seen people:
- gain confidence and leadership skills in order to get a promotion at work
- gain control over eating disorders
- move past depression
- get outside and participate in life
- build stronger marriages
- build new friendships
- stand up for themselves when they were feeling oppressed
- lose 50+ lbs
- improve relationships with their kids
- build bone density after cancer treatments
- and so much more
These things are rarely the spoken reasons people come into our gym or schedule a free consultation. But 99% of the time those are the things they really care about. Those are the things that truly make life better.
