What movement do you hate?
What workout have you hated most?
Any workout that includes burpee's. Burpee's are a awesome full body workout; however, they are also a taxing movement because you can never catch a breath.
Why did you choose to start CrossFit?
I actually wasn't interested in CrossFit, as I had my own routine at home and didn't want to add CrossFit into my hectic life. My brother finally talked me into going to a class and from that moment I was hooked. I have been going to the 5:30 am class for a year now. I heard stories about CrossFit and it wasn't something that I thought that I would like. However, when I had a few classes with Clayton, I really liked his approach and put those stories about CrossFit to bed.
If someone asked you "What is CrossFit," what would you say?
With CrossFit you don't have to be super fit and there is no judgement. Everything can be modified to your level and you will quickly start to see the improvements in yourself. Everyday you go into the gym, it is a different workout so you don't get tired and bored. You will find the competitiveness within yourself and push your strengths and weaknesses with each class. You will conquer fears and be surprised at your accomplishments, which will keep you coming back each day.
