Apple Sandwiches

This isn't a recipe so much as sharing one of my daughter's favorite snacks. Pair it with some meat or cheese to get some protein in.

Ingredients

  • apples
  • nut butter (we used cashew)
  • cinnamon

Slice apples into 20 pieces. Spread a thin layer of nut butter onto half of the slices, then cover with the other half. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
