- Not looking to lose weight? No problem. This isn't just a weight-loss program. We encourage all types of transformations.

Clayton was active in sports throughout most of his childhood and teen years. After high school, Clayton stopped playing sports and being active. Over the years this sedentary lifestyle left Clayton overweight and out of shape.
Clayton and his wife Bridgett were introduced to CrossFit in 2011. Almost immediately Clayton began coaching others, constantly pushing them to improve their technique and their lives. Helping others find health and fitness became Clayton’s passion and in 2015 they decided to open CrossFit 43 North.
