Build a solid foundation
We love CrossFit, and we feel it the best way for you to reach your fitness goals. That doesn’t mean we think joining a group class first thing is the best plan for you. Learning the fundamentals is best done in one-on-one personal training sessions with a coach. During these sessions, you will be exposed to the 20+ movements that will shape your future fitness. They will include Olympic weightlifting, power lifting, gymnastics and rowing. You will also be educated on mobility, injury prevention, and nutrition.
Everyone learns a different pace and in a different style. By coaching you in a 1-on-1 atmosphere we can ensure you get the attention you deserve and the progress toward your goals that you want.
Eating well is the most important part of any health and fitness journey. Without knowing what to eat you won't be able to reach your goals. We want you to learn the strategies for making lasting changes.
The workouts for our elements course are designed to improve your fitness. Everyone is capable of completing the workouts but you will be pushed to work hard. You will be sore.
Making any change is hard. You can do this but you need to be committed to the whole process.
$200/person for 2-on-1
