Build a solid foundation
We love CrossFit, and we feel it the best way for you to reach your fitness goals. That doesn’t mean we think joining a group class first thing is the best plan for you. Learning the fundamentals is best done in one-on-one personal training sessions with a coach.
This 2 week introductory course is held from 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday nights.
