Learning the basics and working your way into it is the safest way to go. These coaches teach you form, watch your form, and give you feedback to prevent any injuries. We love CrossFit, and we feel it the best way for you to reach your fitness goals. That doesn’t mean we think joining a group class first thing is the best plan for you. Learning the fundamentals is best done in one-on-one personal training sessions with a coach.

This 2 week introductory course is held from 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday nights.
