We previously introduced the ring row muscle-up progression for anyone wanting to begin the process of working towards a strict muscle-up. Today we're looking at a slightly more difficult progression that helps refine strength, perfect technique, and spot safely.

The toenail spot muscle-up uses your feet and legs to help assist with the strength needed in the movement as well as keeping you safe if you need to exit the muscle-up.
