Four little monkeys jumping on the bed. One fell off and bumped his head. Momma called the doctor and the doctor said, "No more monkeys jumping on the bed."
When was the last time you took your shoes off and jumped on the bed?
Many of us as kids were not allowed to jump on our beds but we did it anyway. Why? Because it's so much fun.
Now that you're an adult what's keeping you from letting loose a little and doing something that will bring a smile to your face?
Do you lack the energy to do spontaneous acrobatics?
Are you afraid of bumping your head or worse?
Does the physical act of climbing up on your bed and jumping seem impossible?
Or is it that you take yourself too seriously?
You only get one life and you should be able to live it to it's fullest. If you want to jump on your bed there shouldn't be anything holding you back.
Lack energy? Fix your nutrition.
Scared of injury? Get some regular exercise to make yourself more resilient.
Lack the strength or mobility to climb up onto your bed? Work with a personal trainer to improve those things.
Too serious? Try learning something new. You'll fail a lot at first and you'll have to learn to laugh at yourself or you won't succeed.
Be the monkey.
Now go live better.
