We met Anne at the Nampa School District Benefits fair. She joined a month later and has been kicking butt ever since. Our program is perfect for her. Anne had never spent any time in the gym before and our structured training program has her seeing progress day after day. Anne is amazing and we're so glad she's a part of our fitness family.
Goals are important. It's not always important that you reach them but it's important that you have them. They give you something to work toward and keep you progressing. Not everyone is great at setting goals or at setting goals that are helpful in pushing you toward progress. This is why we help our members set S.M.A.R.T. goals.
There is a hierarchy of importance when it comes to nutrition. Most importantly is the quality of the food you eat. Secondly, it matters how much food you eat. Thirdly it matters what the ratios of protein, carbohydrate, and fat you consume. Then way down at the fourth most important aspect of nutrition is what is known as nutrient timing.
